The Apartment Glicine’s colors are purple and lillac and it is located in the first floor it has kitchen-liviongroom, bathroom with a hydro massage shower unit, two bedrooms, one with doublebed and the other one with double bed + a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, 5 burners and a dishwasher.
The apartment is equipped with: security door, 32” television in the kitchen with teletext and satellite receiver, 22” satellite TV in the bedrooms, Sky TV, satellite decoder, safe, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, telephone, iron and ironing board, washing machine, internet socket and Wi-Fi internet coverage.

  • BREAKFAST : Euro 10,00 pro person. A full breakfast is served at the table by our staff in the bar or under the veranda of Residence Kriss.You can choose among sweet cakes and croissant, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, and orange juice. For those who love salty breakfast we offer you eggs, omelets, bacon, focaccia, cold cuts and cheeses. All served with coffee / milk big cappuccinos and / or selection of tea.
  • ALL INCLUDED SERVICE : This options includes the daily cleaning Euro 20,00 per day and the breakfast Euro 10,00 per person per day

*This services are available only during the opening time of the Residence Kriss from 28/03 until 17/10, during the others period it is possible choose some of the services with a pre agreement with the reception and you can reserve them by our booking online, by telephone or by e-mail.

Lease terms

  • Prices shown are for weekly periods from Saturday to Saturday
  • CHECK-IN is expected 4pm and 8pm (in case of delay please notify)
  • CHECK-OUT is expected within 10am
  • Confirmatory deposit: 30% of the total cost of reserved stay, required at the moment of confirmation of reservation. The balance must be paid at check-in. The reservation is considered binding only after receiving required deposit
  • Guest agrees to take care of the apartment and leave it in the condition in which it was delivered and to reimburse the cost of any damage. As warranty will pay on arrival a deposit of € 100.00. The deposit will be returned the day of departure when it is carrying out the necessary control. In case of damage and / or missing, the equivalent amount will be retained and will be refunded not the entire bail, but the only difference.
  • People's number pointed out for every apartment is the maximum number allowed for the occupation. Insofar your children, even if dwarfish, they are considered as adults and they must reenter in the maximum number of the people allowed for every reserved apartment
  • We accept payments with bancomat and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard,Diners, American Express, etc...)
  • In low season it is possible to stay also at week-ends

Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation of the booking actually to 15 days before the expectation arrival will be returned the total amount of the deposit.
  • In case of cancellation between the 14° day and the 7° day of the expectation arrival will be returned 50% of the versed deposit.
  • Any reimbursement will be due if the cancellation happens among the 6° day and that fixed for the arrival or in case of no-show.
  • Conditions for postponed arrival or advance departure: the client, who arrives after the check-in day or leaves before the check-out day, will pay the total amount of the booked stay.
